Our Filthy 150 peak programme is for people who are competing, or who aiming to compete in the Filthy 150 sanctional in November 2019.
Over the course of the programme we will work through three specifically designed phases of programming, so by the time the competition begins you will be at your strongest, fittest and most skilful.
We will also be incorporating the qualifying workouts into the programme, providing workout strategy tips to help you achieve your best possible score.
Alongside the daily programming you will receive weekly updates on where the programme is heading, training tips and workout strategy, as well as being able to receive feedback on your performances from one of our coaches.
As we enter the final few weeks of competition preparation, we will take you through a peaking phase, workout strategy on any released workouts and give you as much support as possible to achieve your best possible placing.
