Choose Your Programme

​CrossFit Foundation Programme - £40/month
This coaching package is for people who are relatively inexperienced in CrossFit, yet to compete and still developing the strengths and skills required. You are driven to improve and want a little bit more than what you get from your regular CrossFit class.

This programme will look to develop your technical proficiency with the Olympic lifts, build gymnastic strength and develop simple gymnastic skills such as the beat swing and kicking up to a handstand. We will also look to raise your fitness levels to the point where you can hold your own in non complex workouts against more experienced CrossFitters.

All variations involve one training session per day, lasting between 90 minutes and 2 hours from warm up to cool down.​

​CrossFit Competitors Programme - £40/month
This coaching option is for people who are yet to compete in CrossFit, have done a small number of local competitions or are competing in the scaled division of larger competitions or the open. You are striving to reach the next level of performance and have good but not necessarily perfect technique with the Olympic lifts, a baseline of gymnastic strength, and have been doing CrossFit style conditioning pieces for around 6 months.

Benchmarks
Olympic lifts – technically sound, but not particularly heavy (less than body weight snatch)
Gymnastics – 5+ Strict Pull ups and Ring Dips, comfortable upside down but may not have HSPU yet, can do double under's but may be inconsistent or in small sets.

This programme will look to continue to develop your gymnastic strength and skill, build you to a point where you will be capable of getting your first muscle ups and handstand push ups, build your strength and technique on the Olympic lifts and raise your level of conditioning to a point you can compete at an RX division level on non complex workouts.

If you feel like you have a specific area of weakness, you can also choose to follow either a conditioning, strength or gymnastic bias variation of this programme. All variations involve one training session per day, lasting between 90 minutes and 2 hours from warm up to cool down.

​CrossFit RX Programme - £40-50/month
If you have been competing in RX divisions or national level competitions, or training in CrossFit for a while and want to continue to develop and maximise your performance this programme is for you. You should have a strong grasp of the Olympic lifts, be able to perform medium to large sets of basic gymnastic movements and smaller sets of more complex gymnastic movements.

Benchmarks
Olympic lifts – technically sound, close to body weight snatch.
Gymnastics – 10 + CTB Pull ups and TTB, at least 1 Ring/Bar Muscle up, 5+ Kipping HSPU and 3+ Strict HSPU.

This programme will look to continue to develop your gymnastic strength and skill, build your gymnastic capacity, and continue to raise your strength and conditioning. Around competition periods we will also focus on barbell cycling, competition specific skills and run competition simulation workouts.

If you feel like you have a specific area of weakness, you can also choose to follow either a conditioning, strength or gymnastic bias variation of this programme. All variations involve either one or two training session per day depending on which option you choose.

​CrossFit Sanctional Programme - £50/month
If you are an experienced national level competitor and want to make the jump to international competition or have already been competing at a sanctional level and want to develop further this programme is for you. We expect you to be highly motivated, committed and determined to reach your goals. You should be willing to put the necessary time into your training, nutrition and recovery and want to work closely with us to maximise your progress.

This programme will look to raise you to a level where you can hold your own on the sanctional stage, requiring the ability to perform large sets of complex gymnastic movements, have an exceptionally high level of conditioning and be able to perform the Olympic lifts with good technique under fatigue and be able to snatch your body weight as a minimum.

This programme involves two training sessions per day through the week, and once on a weekend.

​Olympic Weightlifting Programme - £40/month
The Tailor Made Weightlifting programme is a 5 day per week programme, designed to improve your technique, strength and power and turn you into the best weightlifter you can be. Using the methodology that we have used to win medals at the commonwealth games, our coaches will ensure the programme has you achieving personal bests in no time.

​There is no prerequisite level of ability to sign up for this programme, but a minimum of 6 months experience with the Olympic Lifts is advised.

Powerlifting Programme - £40/month

​
The Tailor Made Powerlifting programme is a 5 day per week programme, designed to improve your technique, strength and power and turn you into the best powerlifter you can be. Using the methodology that we have used to win medals at the commonwealth games, our coaches will ensure the programme has you achieving personal bests in no time.

​There is no prerequisite level of ability to sign up for this programme, but a minimum of 6 months experience with the Power Lifts is advised.
