Our Tailor Made Generic programmes are for people who are happy to be left to their own devices to follow a programme for -

Our programme begins with a needs analysis, which will take place via a written questionnaire, Skype call and then test week.​ From here our coaches will direct you towards the programme that is most suitable to you and your goals, taking into consideration your level of ability across all aspects of performance, your training time, training goals and any competitions you may be working towards.
What goes into our Generic Coaching Programmes?

During your test week our coaches will look at your results and videos to analyse your performance, movement, and your tolerance to training load. This will allow us to give you the most suitable training programme.

We will be on hand to provide technical feedback on your lifts and gymnastic movements, as well as give you feedback on your overall performance.

If you are targeting specific competitions we will plan your training in a manner that allows you to be at your peak every time you compete.

You will be able to contact your coach through TrueCoach as needed, with a weekly check in over to help keep you on track.

We can provide nutritional support as necessary.
