12 Week Programmes


We have a range of 12 week programmes available to sign up too and get started right away. Whether you are a new CrossFitter looking to develop your abilities, wanting to improve your conditioning, or wanting to get better at Olympic Weightlifting, we have a programme for you!

All our programmes are designed by our specialist coaches, who will be on hand to help you throughout. They will be available to answer questions, critique videos and provide encouragement, to help you on your way.
