Having taken multiple athletes to the CrossFit Games, Semi Finals, Quarter Finals and regional competitions around the world, produced Olympic Weightlifting medals, Ironman competitors and high level team sport athletes our bespoke coaching will ensure you maximise your potential. The beauty of a bespoke coaching programme is the way it allows us to design your programme entirely around your needs, strength and weaknesses, goals, training time, competition periods and lifestyle. |
Our programme begins with a needs analysis, which will take place via a written questionnaire, Skype call and then test week before progressing into one of the below options -
- Coaching with WhatsApp Communication + Monthly Phone Calls
- Coaching with WhatsApp Communication + Weekly Phone Calls
What goes into our Bespoke Coaching Programmes?
During your test week our coaches will look at your results and videos to analyse your performance, movement, and your tolerance to training load. This will allow us to totally individualise your training programme.
We will carefully select which exercises we use to correct any imbalances. We will monitor and adjust your training load to keep you progressing but not burn out.
We will give you movement progressions that will help you with the specific phase of the movement you struggle with.
We will assess your all round performance and target weaknesses.
We will provide technical drills to help you lift more efficiently.
We will take into account your training history, to identify what method of training you will respond best too.
If you are targeting specific competitions we will plan your training in a manner that allows you to be at your peak every time you compete.
You will be able to contact your coach through WhatsApp as needed, and have the option of either a monthly or weekly phone call to discuss your progress.
At the very least you will have a weekly check in over WhatsApp to help keep you on track.
We can provide nutritional support as necessary.
