Bar Muscle Ups

If you are working towards your first bar muscle up, then our 8 week programme is for you.

​This programme is designed for anyone who is yet to get their first rep, and will build your strength, positioning, and technique. The programme consists of 3 sessions per week, with each session taking roughly 30 minutes. 

​The programme include video demonstrations, and full support from our coaches.

  • Suitable for anyone who can do 5 or more strict pull ups.
  • Develops both your strength, and kipping technique.
