The Tailor Made Beginners Gymnastic Programme is a 12 week programme aimed at individuals who want to improve their CrossFit specific gymnastics. The programme uses the same methodology that has proved successful in our individual programming, and is aimed at athletes who want to master movements such as strict and kipping pull ups, ring dips, toes to bar and handstand progressions.
No prior level of ability is required for this programme, which will include 3 sessions a week taking 30-45 minutes. This would allow you to either use the programme as a stand alone training programme, or to supplement your regular class programming.
You will receive access to the programme through Fitbot, and you will have daily access to one of our coaches, to ask questions, send videos and discuss your progression.We believe this support makes a huge difference to your athletic development, helping you reach your goals faster.
The programme costs £60 for the 12 week period.
