This programme is a 5 session per week, 12 week conditioning focused programme, for anyone who wants to improve their conditioning. The programme is based entirely around you and your current fitness level. The programme will be split into two 6 week blocks with an initial test week. The data from your test week will be used to individualise your programme, and give you specific training zones to work in during each session, to ensure you maximise each session.
Alongside the days conditioning piece, the programme will also include a thorough and specific warm up, to keep you injury free and functioning efficiently, as well as core strength pieces throughout the week. Each session is designed to take between 40-60 minutes to complete, so can be used as a stand alone training programme, or alongside your existing programming. Throughout the 12 week period, you will be able to contact your coach as you wish, to discuss your progress and ask questions. There is no minimum fitness requirement. The programme is designed with you in mind, and will be set to an achievable but challenging level to ensure you progress. |
Once you have completed the initial 12 week period you will most certainly be fitter. From there you have the option to move onto Conditioning Programme 2.0, where we will build on the level of fitness you have already established or join any of our other programmes.
