This 12 week strength programme is for at individuals who want to improve their maximal strength on their squats, deadlifts and presses. Either to assist their Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit or other strength based sports performance, or just to get stronger! The programme uses the same methodology that has proved successful in our individual programming, and has developed multiple competitive Olympic Weightlifters, CrossFitters and Powerlifters.
The programme is accessible to anyone. It is advised that you have 3-6 months prior strength training experience and good technique, but our coaches will always be on hand to assist you and answer your questions. This programme is a once a day programme taking around 90 minutes to complete, 5 days per week. You will receive access to the programme through TrueCoach, as well as video analysis from one of our British Weightlifting Level 2 qualified coaches. |
Everybody on this programme will have daily access to one of our coaches, to ask questions, send videos, discuss your progression, and ask advice on competition preparation and strategy. We believe this support makes a huge difference to your athletic development, helping you reach your goals faster.
