If you are wanting to improve your capacity to do high volume chest to bar, pull ups and toes to bar under fatigue then this programme is for you.
You should already be able to perform 3-5 reps of each movement, and the programme will build your strength endurance under fatigue and in isolated muscle groups that allow you to perform these movements in high volumes. The programme consists of 3 sessions per week, with each session taking roughly 30 minutes.
