This programme is a 3 session per week, 12 week focused programme, for anyone who wants to improve their running. The programme is suitable for all fitness levels, and the programme will include a thorough and specific warm up, to keep you injury free and functioning efficiently, technique drills, and the main running session.
Each session is designed to take between 40-60 minutes to complete, so can be used as a stand alone training programme, or alongside your existing programming. Throughout the 12 week period, you will be able to contact your coach as you wish, to discuss your progress and ask questions. There is no minimum fitness requirement. The programme is designed with you in mind, and will be set to an achievable but challenging level to ensure you progress. |
