If you are working towards your first strict HSPU, then our 8 week strict HSPU programme is for you. This programme is designed for anyone who is yet to get their first rep, and will build your strength, positioning, and control upside down. The programme consists of 3 sessions per week, with each session taking roughly 30 minutes.
If you can already do a handful of strict HSPU, but you want to increase your max reps and improve your ability to do them under fatigue then our strict HSPU capacity builder will help you do just that. This programme is also 8 weeks long, containing 3x30 minute sessions per week. Both programmes include video demonstrations, and full support from our coaches. |
