The Tailor Made S&C programme has been designed to develop all aspects of strength and conditioning, either for sports performance or to support an active lifestyle. The programme will look to develop your endurance, speed, power and strength in a fun and effective manner.

The programme is designed for a wide range of abilities and will take 60-90 minutes per day from warm up to cool down and will incorporate -
Equipment List:
Don’t worry too much about having all of the exact equipment at the moment as this is something we can work around (you can just ask your coach if you are unsure) but the following pieces are recommended:
- Compound lifts - to develop your strength
- Plyometrics and ballistic exercises - to develop your speed and power
- Accessory work - to re balance your body and keep you injury free
- Conditioning - to improve your endurance

- Barbell and plates, Squat Rack, Plyo Boxes, Bench, and Sled.
- Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Bands and Rings/Bars.
- Skipping rope, Assault bike/spin bike, rower.
