Weakness Programmes


We have a range of 6-12 week programmes available to sign up to and get started right away. These programmes are designed to supplement your regular training, taking around 30-45 minutes to complete 3-5 times per week. They are each focused on helping you master a specific skill or area of weakness.

All our programmes are designed by our specialist coaches, who will be on hand to help you throughout. They will be available to answer questions, critique videos and provide movement tutorials, to help you on your way.
